Pharmacist - Diabetes & Chronic Disease Specialist

About the Position

Join Glucare Integrated Diabetes Center, a premier healthcare facility located in Dubai Digital Park (DDP) within Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO). We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist to play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary team, focusing on the specialized care of patients with diabetes and chronic conditions.

Main Missions

• Ensure the accurate and safe dispensing of medications in accordance with clinical prescriptions.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical counseling to patients regarding their treatment regimens, dosage, and lifestyle management.
• Guarantee full compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and UAE federal laws.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and dietitians, to optimize patient care plans.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage inventory, including stock control and procurement processes.
• Oversee pharmacy audit procedures to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred).
• Valid licensure to practice as a Pharmacist in Dubai (DHA license is mandatory).
• Proven experience in a clinical or community pharmacy setting, ideally with experience in chronic disease management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
