About the role

Alpago Group, a leading ultra‑luxury real estate and lifestyle brand in Dubai, is looking for a polished, relationship‑driven professional to serve as the primary point of contact for its Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNW) clientele. The Private Client Experience Executive will ensure every interaction reflects the company’s high‑end standards and delivers a seamless, personalised journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Act as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with Alpago Group’s luxury standards.
• Coordinate private meetings, property viewings, exclusive events and hospitality experiences.
• Provide personalised assistance and relationship management throughout the client’s journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth communication and execution of services.
• Represent Alpago Group at exclusive networking events and luxury lifestyle functions while maintaining utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, private members clubs, VIP relations, concierge, aviation or premium client services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and the expectations of UHNW clientele.
• Relationship‑focused mindset with strong networking skills.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
