Product Owner – Data Migration (Airline Domain)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead a data migration programme within the airline sector. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, managing the backlog and ensuring successful delivery of migration features on an onsite basis in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously prioritise the product backlog in line with programme objectives.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision to the delivery team.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Make decisive choices on scope and feature prioritisation.
• Engage business stakeholders to manage expectations and validate requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner on data or systems migration programmes.
• Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations and related communication platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience working with third‑party vendors and internal technical teams.
• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and strong stakeholder management skills.
