Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

LEO Pharma is seeking a Product Specialist to drive sales performance for its medical dermatology portfolio in the UAE. You will act as a strategic communicator, delivering the brand’s value proposition to healthcare professionals and contributing to the company’s mission of improving patients’ lives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in hospitals and specialist centres.
• Use a customer‑relationship‑management approach to gather insights on needs and expectations.
• Tailor product value propositions and present clinical knowledge to create LEO advocates.
• Collect market intelligence and collaborate with Market Access and Medical Science Liaison teams to shape action plans.
• Work closely with the field team, regularly reviewing and updating territory plans based on sales data and field intelligence.
• Identify business opportunities and threats, providing input to cross‑functional teams.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, monitor performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Introduce newly launched products, organise medical conferences and deliver presentations to healthcare staff.
