Project Manager – ELV & Security Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ELV and security systems projects for our UAE client base. The role requires Russian language proficiency to manage client communications and ensure successful delivery of integrated security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and hand over ELV and security systems projects, including CCTV, access control, networking, ANPR and biometrics.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage technicians, engineers and site teams, monitoring timelines, progress and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits, prepare documentation, reports and variation orders.
• Provide client support and system training as required.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience managing ELV / security systems projects.
• Proven experience with CCTV, access control, networking, ANPR and biometrics solutions.
• Strong project and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in Russian and English.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Milestone, Genetec, Lenel, Paxton or Keri Systems are preferred.
