Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives for a client in Dubai. The role is contract‑based (6 months, renewable) and reports to the Head of Enterprise PMO within the Transformation & Value Realisation function. You will coordinate multiple concurrent projects across shared services and operational functions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support strategic transformation initiatives across shared services and business functions.
• Drive hands‑on project management activities: planning, tracking, governance, stakeholder coordination, RAID management, reporting, and delivery follow‑ups.
• Support the Enterprise PMO with portfolio management, governance frameworks, stage‑gate controls, and delivery oversight.
• Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and timelines for concurrent programmes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and timely resolution of blockers.
• Prepare and update project trackers, governance reports, executive reporting packs, and PMO documentation.
• Partner with IT and business teams on ERP, workflow tools, automation platforms, AI initiatives, and master data management projects.
• Track value realisation through KPIs, efficiency gains, productivity improvements, and operational performance measures.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, stakeholder discussions, and project review sessions.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, enterprise transformation, or programme delivery within complex organisations.
• Strong hands‑on delivery experience with the ability to independently manage multiple moving projects and stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Enterprise PMO environment and familiarity with governance, reporting standards, and stage‑gate processes.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across business and technical teams while maintaining a collaborative, service‑oriented approach.
