Project Manager – Smart Infrastructure (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Join Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Abu Dhabi as a Project Manager, leading the delivery of digital power distribution and building infrastructure projects. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering to design, develop, and manage projects that drive efficiency and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on technical solutions together with Sales or Key Account Managers.
• Clarify customer targets, requirements, and specifications in RFPs.
• Prepare tender participation and lead negotiations when required.
• Coordinate overall project planning, allocate resources, and configure primary switchgear using NXTOOL.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and take actions to minimize non‑conformance costs.
• Maintain constant communication with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning activities on‑site together with Site Engineering Management.
• Ensure compliance with PM standards, tax regulations, export control, and EHS guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management and switchgear.
• PMP or Siemens certification preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• NXTOOL for gas and air insulated switchgear.
• Project Management (PMP).
