Projects Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Projects Manager will lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of capital, renovation and operational projects within One&Only Royal Mirage, a luxury resort in New Dubai. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will ensure projects meet brand standards, guest experience expectations and quality benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risk mitigation.
• Own projects from concept and design through execution, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Housekeeping, F&B, Procurement, Finance, Operations) and external consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress against schedules, manage risks and issues, and take corrective actions to protect resort operations.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly status reports, including progress, risks, cost forecasts and achievements.
• Maintain complete project documentation such as drawings, permits, contracts and variations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale projects in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
