React Native Mobile Developer – 2‑Year Contract in Abu Dhabi

About the role

Halian is seeking multiple React Native Mobile Developers for a 2‑year extendable contract based in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high‑quality mobile applications using React Native and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance mobile apps with React Native, ensuring responsive UI across devices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data persistence using AsyncStorage or SQLite.
• Implement state management solutions such as React Context or Redux.
• Optimize performance by reducing re‑renders and improving rendering efficiency.
• Write unit and integration tests and incorporate CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Debug issues using tools like React Native Debugger and handle native module bridging.

Required profile

• Proven experience with core React Native concepts (styling, navigation, native modules).
• Strong knowledge of React JS fundamentals, lifecycle, Hooks, routing, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid command of JavaScript and TypeScript, including async/await, promises, and type safety.
• Experience with state‑management libraries (Redux or built‑in context).
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration and app store deployment processes.
