Recognition & Partnership Engagement Specialist – 2 Year Fixed Term

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Recognition & Partnership Engagement Specialist on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. You will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of employee recognition and partnership programmes, helping to build a culture of appreciation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recognition and partnership initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise programme impact.
• Ensure programmes comply with HR policies, governance standards and quality guidelines.
• Collect, analyse and report on programme data, dashboards and stakeholder feedback to drive optimisation.
• Lead rollout of new digital tools, provide training and support to encourage adoption.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasting and P&L responsibilities.
• Oversee governance, compliance and contract management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale employee engagement programmes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
