Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

TensorWave is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support its rapid growth. You will work closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to keep the candidate pipeline moving smoothly and ensure a positive interview experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System by updating job postings, creating interview plans, sorting applications, tracking candidate progress, and logging interview notes.
• Assist recruiters with tasks such as drafting job descriptions, preparing interview schedules, and communicating updates to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications, including interview and travel arrangements, feedback delivery, and initial phone screenings.
• Support onboarding by informing leadership of new hires, relaying recruiting information, and addressing new employee needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and pipeline health in partnership with the manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of client‑ or candidate‑facing experience in an office or administrative setting, preferably at a small business or start‑up.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate schedules and handle unfamiliar topics.
• Comfortable working with data or eager to learn more.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Team‑oriented and effective in cross‑functional environments.
