Registered Nurse – Private Home Healthcare for VIP Patients

About the role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Home Healthcare team in Dubai, providing one‑to‑one care to high‑net‑worth patients in private residences and luxury hotels. The role focuses on delivering dignified, personalised nursing care in a discreet and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one nursing care to patients in home and hotel settings.
• Support patients with chronic conditions, mobility needs, and geriatric care.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments when required.
• Provide emotional support and build trusted, long‑term patient relationships.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DHA license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in hospital or home healthcare settings.
• Experience in geriatric, long‑term, or VIP/private patient care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly professional and well‑presented.
• Discreet, respectful, and culturally aware.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Currently based in the UAE (preferred).
