Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of one of EF ZIN GROUP’s café‑restaurant locations in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards and driving the overall performance of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service management.
• Lead food and beverage standards, guaranteeing consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and continuous training of restaurant staff.
• Foster clear communication within the team and coordinate with other departments.
• Control inventory, monitor budgets and optimise cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Proven experience in hiring, training and managing restaurant teams.
• Excellent communication abilities with a talent for coaching staff.
• In‑depth knowledge of food‑and‑beverage operations and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Prior experience in a restaurant management or similar role.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Hospitality Management degree or related qualification is a plus.
