Revenue Management Analyst – Abu Dhabi

About the role

As a Revenue Management Analyst you will optimise revenue and contribution for Etihad’s passenger and freighter network across a defined portfolio of routes. Using advanced revenue management systems and data analysis you will drive strategic decisions, manage capacity and support operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily flight capacity for freighter and passenger aircraft and adjust forecasts and overbooking levels.
• Prioritise shipments based on goods type, contribution and OBPL, and implement recovery actions during disruptions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Sales and the Pricing Department to optimise gateway usage and align route strategies.
• Evaluate capacity requests from the network, manage truck schedules and coordinate short‑term aircraft changes with Operation Control.
• Oversee a portfolio of roughly 10 routes / 20 daily flights, develop and review revenue optimisation strategies, and define entry conditions in the RM system.
• Monitor allocation performance, conduct weekly route reviews and contribute to RM Cargo development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2–3 years of airline cargo or related experience.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with a reputable airline is preferred.
