Sales Consultant – Commercial Vehicles (HINO Trucks)

About the role

The Commercial Vehicles Sales Consultant for the HINO Trucks division will drive revenue growth by actively engaging customers and managing sales within the UAE commercial truck market. The role balances independent prospecting with teamwork, focusing on achieving sales targets, profit margins and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, emphasizing net sales and gross margin.
• Utilise discounts strategically to close deals while maximising profitability.
• Identify and engage prospective customers, manage assigned accounts and conduct regular field visits.
• Qualify customer needs, match them with appropriate truck models, deliver demonstrations, test drives and explain warranties and services.
• Prepare sales orders, secure deposits and process paperwork in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and ensure monthly overdue balances stay within agreed limits.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions and refresher courses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling light, medium or heavy‑duty commercial trucks in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.

Required skills

• Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Effective time‑management and analytical capabilities.
