About the role
The Sales Officer will lead and guide the Etihad Cargo insource team in Dubai, implementing commercial and operational strategies to maximise market performance. You will be responsible for driving results, coaching the team, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Etihad Cargo’s commercial strategy for the Dubai market and assigned accounts.
- Lead, manage and coordinate the insource team to achieve targets within budget.
- Develop and execute country, area and account plans to increase revenue, load factor, yield and product mix.
- Maintain a portfolio of customer contracts in line with Etihad Cargo’s segmentation model.
- Build and nurture relationships with global, regional and local key accounts.
- Collect market intelligence, provide feedback to headquarters and act proactively.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance with Etihad Cargo standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in cargo.
- Strong customer knowledge and cargo commercial experience.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of GHA/warehouse handling.
