About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer with a solid background in real‑estate sales to design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for our sales teams and broker partners in the UAE. The role requires bilingual fluency in Arabic and English and hands‑on experience in real‑estate project launches.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver product and sales training for internal sales staff, real‑estate agencies and independent brokers.
- Facilitate broker briefings, clearly communicating project details, pricing and key selling points.
- Create training materials, workshops and refresher sessions using adult‑learning methodologies.
- Coach salespeople on negotiation, objection handling and closing techniques.
- Standardise sales processes, messaging and customer‑journey touchpoints across the organisation.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to keep training content up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales‑training experience within the UAE real‑estate sector.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Immediate availability to start.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and common training tools.
