Missions principales

• Manage the full lifecycle of industrial facility projects, including new builds, expansions, retrofits, and large-scale program initiatives.
• Oversee the construction of diverse assets: Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, Delivery Stations, and auxiliary buildings.
• Supervise the implementation of critical site network infrastructure.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of project budgets and schedules to identify and mitigate potential deviations.
• Act as the primary interface between the company and developers, general contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in construction engineering, project management, or facility management within an industrial context.
• Strong expertise in contract management and vendor oversight.
• Ability to manage complex budgets and rigorous project timelines.
• High mobility: willingness to travel 40-60% within the region (AMET) and nationally.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
