Senior International Franchise Contract Administrator

About the Role

Join a global leader in the restaurant industry and play a pivotal role in our international expansion. As an International Franchise Contract Administrator, you will be the backbone of our legal and operational compliance for the world-renowned Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. brands.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare complex franchise-related contracts for our global network.
• Analyze legal structures of franchised entities (Corporations, Partnerships, LLCs, etc.) to ensure strict compliance with franchise agreements.
• Supervise the international distribution of franchise disclosure documents.
• Draft, edit, and maintain various legal instruments including franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers.
• Coordinate the signature process and ensure accurate registration of all executed agreements.
• Summarize key contractual clauses for internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Maintain and update the global contract database, tracking expiration dates, renewals, and fees.
• Develop and document standardized processes and checklists to optimize administrative workflows.
• Participate in international meetings, webinars, and special strategic projects as required.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in contract administration, legal support, or franchise management within an international context.
• Strong ability to interpret complex legal structures and corporate entities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with global franchisees and internal departments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
