Senior Manager – Retail Account Executive

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Retail Account Executive function within the Merchant Retail Center of Excellence. Based in Dubai, you will shape merchant partnerships across the retail segment in the CEMEA region, driving revenue growth and innovation for Visa’s top retail merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with leading retail merchants in the CEMEA region.
• Act as the regional subject‑matter authority, delivering differentiated value through data‑driven insights and product expertise.
• Collaborate with local market teams, global product, consulting & analytics, and cross‑border solutions to accelerate wallet share and growth.
• Lead the commercialization of Visa’s products and solutions, overseeing program implementation and new‑business development.
• Drive replication of best practices across markets to ensure consistent performance.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business‑development experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the credit‑card issuing business.
• Strong leadership, vision, and creativity to define and execute growth strategies.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and build trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
