Senior Operations Engineer – Data Center

About the role

Khazna, the leading wholesale data‑center provider in the MENA region, is looking for a Senior Operations Engineer to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of its data‑center facilities. You will work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment, guaranteeing compliance with QHSE standards and overseeing both hard and soft services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Khazna safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Develop and enforce health‑and‑safety procedures in coordination with the H&S department.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building‑fabric maintenance.
• Monitor utilities usage, waste, and sustainability targets.
• Manage shift operations, large‑scale maintenance projects, and vendor coordination.
• Approve and track work orders for specialist third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities in a mission‑critical environment.
• Experience enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead shift teams and coordinate multiple vendors.
