Senior Tax Manager - Global Compliance & Strategy

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Tax Manager to join our international team in Abu Dhabi. In this pivotal role, you will oversee global tax compliance and drive strategic tax planning to support our expanding international footprint and mitigate fiscal risks.

Main Missions

• Supervise the timely preparation and submission of all global tax filings, ensuring full compliance with Corporate Income Tax, VAT/GST, Withholding Tax, and other indirect taxes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate closely with local tax advisors and internal finance teams to guarantee accuracy and adherence to evolving international regulations.
• Implement and execute global tax strategies and provide expert planning advice for complex cross-border transactions.
• Manage and lead transfer pricing compliance and support global tax reporting processes.
• Monitor and manage the impact of international tax reforms on the company's operations.
• Lead tax audits and manage tax controversies to protect the company from fiscal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in a global tax management role, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in international taxation, including VAT/GST, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks across different jurisdictions.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and external advisors.
