ServiceNow Senior Developer – IT Service Management (ITSM)

About the role

Müller's Solutions is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. You will work closely with service owners, operations teams, and other module owners to deliver high‑quality, scalable ServiceNow applications that improve service delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain core ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop custom Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer flows, and workflow automations.
• Create and manage forms, catalog items, SLA definitions, and approval logic.
• Provide L2/L3 support, investigate defects, and implement enhancements in a live production environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into production‑ready solutions and support release and deployment processes.
• Work with other module owners (ITOM, CSM, integrations) to ensure cross‑platform consistency and integration stability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience with a strong focus on ITSM.
• Proven ability to manage the full delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery settings.
• Strong understanding of SLA configuration, approval workflows, and ServiceNow data model concepts.
