About the role
The Services Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving after‑sales business for Gutor’s UPS solutions in an assigned territory. The role combines sales of service contracts, spare parts and upgrades with strong customer relationship management to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for after‑sales services, including commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, retrofits and life‑extension projects.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by promoting maintenance contracts, digital services and spare‑parts sales.
- Develop and execute a customer value plan that outlines share and growth opportunities within the territory.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals set for the region.
- Update the CRM/database with accurate order and customer information.
- Prepare regular activity reports, weekly work plans and monthly/annual territory analyses for management.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and recommendations.
- Stay informed on product applications, market conditions and competitive activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical services.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to analyse market potential and develop strategic plans.
Required skills
- Knowledge of UPS systems and industrial power solutions.
- Experience with after‑sales service processes such as commissioning, maintenance and retrofitting.
- Familiarity with CRM/database management.
