About the role

The Spa Specialist at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi plays a vital part in delivering memorable spa experiences for guests. Working on the spa floor, you will support a range of guest‑focused services, from promoting treatments to handling reservations and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage spa reservations using the reservation system.
• Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process payments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment on the spa floor.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging items up to 25 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior spa or related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or professional certifications needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software for booking and verification.
