About the role

Eyewa, the fastest‑growing omni‑channel eyewear retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a highly driven Strategy Manager to support its leadership team on high‑impact strategic initiatives. You will work directly with CXOs to identify growth opportunities, solve complex business problems, and lead cross‑functional projects from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high‑priority, cross‑functional strategic initiatives, managing the full lifecycle from problem definition to impact tracking.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape business priorities, influence decision‑making, and drive execution.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve revenue growth, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.
• Support commercial excellence, pricing, merchandising, and expansion strategies.
• Contribute to brand growth, customer experience, and retention projects.
• Drive business transformation across processes, structures, and ways of working.
• Leverage data to build business cases, generate insights, and inform strategic recommendations.
• Translate strategies into clear action plans with measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in top‑tier management consulting or a strategy/business role within a high‑growth startup or tech‑enabled company.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Execution mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and drive implementation.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Solid commercial acumen across growth, operations, and customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments, takes ownership, and delivers with urgency.
