Stretch Trainer – Assisted Passive Stretching

About the role

Dr.stretch is expanding its network of studios across Abu Dhabi and Dubai and is looking for enthusiastic Stretch Trainers to deliver assisted passive stretching services. You will work directly with clients to improve flexibility, mobility, posture and overall well‑being using the company’s proprietary Core Balance Stretch methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one assisted passive stretching sessions while maintaining a clean, professional environment.
• Assess each client’s physical abilities and limitations to tailor appropriate stretching techniques.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular stretching and how to integrate it into daily routines.
• Develop personalized stretching plans based on client goals, circumstances and physical assessments.
• Track client progress, keep accurate records and adjust plans as needed.
• Promote Dr.stretch memberships, build client loyalty and handle basic front‑desk duties such as answering calls and managing appointments.
• Ensure client safety by adhering to proper stretching techniques and studio policies.

Required profile

• Passion for health, wellness and customer service.
• Strong communication skills and an energetic personality.
• Level 3 or higher personal training certification; UAE REPs registration preferred.
• Willingness to attend a full training program starting mid‑August 2026.
