Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Emirati)

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, supporting the Emiratization initiative and helping build a professional HR career. You will provide essential administrative and operational assistance to the hiring team in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage meeting rooms and calendar invites for candidates and hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience from application to interview.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high accuracy, moving candidates through workflow stages and preserving data integrity.
• Support recruiters in sourcing talent via LinkedIn and internal databases, with a focus on local talent initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding documentation collection to meet labour‑law and compliance requirements.
• Participate in team huddles and cross‑functional projects to achieve collective hiring targets.
• Help compile weekly recruitment metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and optimise the hiring funnel.

Required profile

• Emirati national (Family‑Book holder).
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years experience in recruitment or administrative HR.
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous data‑entry capability.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with professional communication abilities.
• Tech‑savvy mindset eager to learn recruitment tools and understand data‑driven hiring.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week for mentorship and collaboration.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
