Team Leader - Breakfast Operations

About the role

Jumeirah Burj Al Arab is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee breakfast operations within its renowned F&B service team. You will ensure seamless service delivery, uphold brand standards, and create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise workflow and service sequence during breakfast periods, providing hands‑on support.
• Monitor and control the outlet’s cashiering function in line with JI Cashiering Procedures.
• Track customer satisfaction, address feedback and complaints, and inform management of unresolved issues.
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, coaching and counselling of team members.
• Maintain and enforce F&B SOPs through observation and coaching.
• Lead pre‑service briefings in the absence of the Outlet Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Ensure daily completion of opening and closing checklists.

Required profile

• Minimum one year experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel or luxury restaurant, preferably breakfast operations.
• Fluent English; additional international language is a plus.
• Knowledge of food‑and‑beverage applications such as Micros and Sevenrooms.
• Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
