Team Leader – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Team Leader at Cartier in Abu Dhabi, you will act as an ambassador of the Maison, driving boutique performance through exemplary client service and team development. You will lead by example, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure the highest standards of luxury retail are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Support the achievement of boutique and individual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Maintain an active presence on the sales floor to maximize business opportunities.
• Partner with boutique management to identify performance gaps and implement action plans.
• Uphold Cartier’s service excellence and ensure boutique presentation standards.
• Provide on‑floor coaching, onboarding and continuous learning for team members.
• Act as a reference for a dedicated product category, sharing client feedback and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Strong client relationship and sales capabilities.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Positive, collaborative and solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
