Team Leader Night Shift – Front Office

About the role

The Team Leader Night Shift will manage the Front Office operations during the night hours at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, a luxury resort on Palm Jumeirah. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, oversees staff performance and maintains financial and operational standards throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative tasks such as printing, filing reports, managing room discrepancies and preparing registration materials to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
• Supervise Guest Service Executives, monitoring punctuality, grooming standards and break schedules, and coordinate room assignments and special requests with relevant departments.
• Maintain communication with Guest Relations and Accounts regarding VIP allocations, billing issues and outstanding payments.
• Enforce financial controls by monitoring credit policies, auditing processes, cash‑float management and billing accuracy, and promote upselling to maximise revenue.
• Identify training needs, conduct appraisals, support onboarding and cross‑training, and ensure compliance with health, safety and grooming standards.
• Represent the brand by supporting reception operations, handling special projects and providing proactive feedback to improve guest satisfaction and team performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in a hotel‑related field and completion of secondary school education.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
