Team Manager – Engineering (Electrical Utility Maintenance)

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager – Engineering to lead its electrical utility maintenance team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for ensuring plant reliability and sustainable utilization while adhering to engineering, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team of electrical and mechanical maintenance staff.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant utilities.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, safety and quality standards.
• Monitor plant performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in a large‑scale dairy or juice processing environment.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting Tetrapak filler and Mariani equipment.
• Basic instrumentation skills on E & H equipment and Alfa Laval systems.
• Familiarity with UHT process is an advantage.
• Strong reporting and communication abilities, proficient in MS Office.
• Practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Team‑player attitude.
