Vice Principal – Ruwais Campus – Aug 2026 start

About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking an experienced Vice Principal for its Ruwais Campus, with an expected start date in August 2026. The role will support the Principal in delivering a high‑quality, 21st‑century education aligned with the US Massachusetts/Common Core curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate a clear purpose and values to all stakeholders.
• Motivate staff and students to foster a collaborative learning culture.
• Lead strategic planning to ensure teaching excellence and high achievement.
• Translate the school’s vision into measurable targets and operational plans.
• Oversee selected areas of the school development plan in partnership with the Principal.
• Enhance the school’s community profile and build collaborative partnerships.
• Drive standards in attendance, academic progress, and inclusive learning.
• Participate in quality assurance activities such as lesson observations and staff reviews.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in international schools (UK, USA or similar).
• Strong interpersonal and cultural awareness, able to engage with board members, parents, teachers and principals.
• Excellent communication skills and visible leadership presence.
• Commitment to the UAE’s education vision and the school’s core values.
