About the role

Join the Lobby Lounge team at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, a landmark luxury hotel in Dubai. As a Waiter you will deliver a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience to discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Confidently describe menu items and beverage pairings, demonstrating detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
• Coordinate closely with the Culinary Team to guarantee flawless food pickup, timely service, and consistent quality.
• Set tables, serve food and beverages with precision, and maintain immaculate presentation throughout service.
• Use the point‑of‑sale system to accurately process orders and special requests, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen.
• Maintain an attentive, unobtrusive presence to contribute to an engaging atmosphere.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
• High School Diploma.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership and team‑management skills.
