Waitress – Premium Lounge

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waitress to join our Premium Lounge team. You will play a key part in delivering high‑standard service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience.
• Assist with table service, promptly clear dishes, and keep dining areas clean and organized.
• Follow opening and closing procedures to prepare the outlet for service.
• Adhere to hygiene policies and proper food and equipment handling standards.
• Address customer complaints or involve a supervisor to maintain satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels, verify received items against orders, and store or display inventory accurately.
• Perform cleaning, polishing, organizing, loading, and dispatching tasks as directed, following Emirates Flight Catering standards.
• Apply the Quality Policy and ISO 9001:2015 quality system in daily activities.

Required profile

• High school certificate (mandatory); diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Age between 20 and 30 years.
• Height: at least 1.65 m for males, 1.50 m for females.
• No visible tattoos, braces, or extensive piercings; natural hair colour preferred; eyeglasses preferably not worn.
