Account Manager – Channel & Key Account

About the role

Huawei is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive channel growth and manage key accounts across the UAE. You will work closely with channel partners to develop joint business plans, launch new products, and ensure optimal sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage shipment targets, enhance channel coverage, and lead Sales Management Review processes.
• Develop joint business and marketing plans with partners, monitor sell‑in/sell‑out trends, and create rational order plans.
• Manage partner credit, collections, rebates, and maintain strong cooperative relationships.
• Identify, certify, and develop new channel partners; design total channel offers and launch strategies for new products.
• Design differentiated channel structures and strategies for various market types.
• Oversee UAE Key Account partners, conduct monthly performance analysis, and address performance gaps.
• Track inventory and product mix for key accounts, prompting replenishment or promotions as needed.
• Resolve cross‑regional sales leakage, channel conflicts, and market emergencies.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong presentation abilities for international clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills; familiarity with local culture.
• Proven experience in overseas channel sales, client acquisition, and knowledge of international policies.
• Resilient, able to work under pressure, willing to relocate long‑term and travel frequently.
