AI Product Owner

About the role

Capgemini’s Global Insights & Data division is seeking an AI Product Owner to lead the AI strategy for its Middle East portfolio. The role combines strategic planning, technical ownership and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver AI‑driven business value across finance, consumer, manufacturing and life‑science clients. You will work in a hybrid setting, splitting time between Capgemini offices, client sites and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an AI roadmap aligned with business objectives and identify high‑impact AI use cases.
• Lead, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers and analysts.
• Architect, develop and deploy scalable AI/ML models, overseeing the full model lifecycle from data collection to production monitoring.
• Implement MLOps best practices, model governance, versioning and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineering, cloud and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
• Ensure AI models meet fairness, transparency, security and regulatory compliance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying production‑grade AI systems.
• Track record of leading technical teams in fast‑paced, agile environments.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.

• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Hugging Face, LangChain.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
