About the role
Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Manager – Leasing to support its extensive portfolio of retail destinations and residential communities. The role involves assisting senior leasing staff in budgeting, tenant acquisition, and lease administration across multiple developments.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of budgets by providing inputs on vacant units, timelines, potential terminations and non‑renewals.
- Coordinate with the collections team to ensure accurate and timely collection of rents, deposits and leasing fees.
- Perform general administrative duties such as signing documents, setting up new files and preparing routine correspondence.
- Support the Head of Retail Leasing and other departments to ensure new tenant proposals comply with company guidelines and budgets.
- Work with the Legal department to prepare standardized tenancy contract templates and forms.
- Track lease contracts, produce supporting documentation for new leases and renewals, and compile lease summaries.
- Source prospective tenants, generate leasing leads and negotiate deals from inception to execution, including submission to the leasing committee.
- Maintain accurate physical and database lease files and keep the lease document management system up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in leasing or property management administration.
- Ability to coordinate with collections, legal and retail leasing teams.
- Strong organizational skills for handling lease documentation and tracking.
