Bilingual Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Social Media Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, assess their logical performance, and create new conversational content to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse, complex problems and evaluate their responses.
• Measure chatbot progress by reviewing output for correctness and performance.
• Write novel, high‑quality conversations in Arabic and English to teach the models.
• Identify and resolve issues that affect the quality of AI outputs.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Based in the United Arab Emirates and able to work remotely as an independent contractor.
