Client Services Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Client Services Manager acts as the primary liaison between corporate banking clients and the bank’s internal departments. The role focuses on enhancing the client experience through proactive service, advisory support, and efficient handling of operational requests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for CIB clients, addressing service requests and coordinating with internal teams.
• Resolve client issues and grievances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collect and verify documentation in line with bank and regulatory requirements.
• Assist senior leadership in defining and reviewing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to manage client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of all client communications, queries, and resolutions.
• Oversee security items under custody and ensure proper proof of delivery.
• Raise and handle customer complaints, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Support operations teams with account opening, maintenance, corporate credit card processing, cheque book requests, balance confirmations, payments, charges, e‑channel issues, and exception handling.

Required profile

• University degree in Commerce, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of banking principles and back‑office procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, self‑motivated, flexible and able to work in a challenging environment.
