Concierge Agent

About the role

The Concierge Agent, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and guest requests promptly.
• Prepare and complete daily reports related to guest services.
• Provide local area information and highlight attractions.
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation of items up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
