Customer Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Technical Support Engineer to act as the bridge between our clients and the development team. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing technical proposals, and delivering ongoing support for our mobile and web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first technical point of contact for client queries, issues, and requirements.
• Participate in onsite and virtual client meetings to gather project details and provide technical insights.
• Prepare detailed proposals that include technical specifications, workflows, and cost estimates.
• Provide troubleshooting, product support, and technical assistance as needed.
• Collaborate closely with development, sales, and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or project coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
