Data Analytics & Business Support Specialist

About the role

The Data Analytics & Business Support Specialist transforms raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Working closely with supply‑chain, procurement, logistics and IT teams, the role ensures accurate reporting, identifies trends and supports operational efficiency through data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to support business operations.
• Develop, maintain and automate dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across systems.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and reporting to meet stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver relevant insights.
• Support operational teams with data‑driven recommendations and assist in business planning, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting workflows and recommend tools to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to best‑practice development in data management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• 2‑5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing data analytics projects and developing KPIs.
• Supply‑chain exposure is an added advantage.
• High proficiency in English for business correspondence.
