Design Experience Manager

About the role

The Design Experience Manager leads the creation of intelligent, high‑impact digital experiences across web and mobile applications. This role blends ecommerce expertise with AI‑enabled design to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the experience strategy and design vision for assigned digital initiatives.
• Own the full experience lifecycle—from discovery and problem framing to design, build collaboration, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Translate business objectives into customer‑centric journeys that incorporate personalization, predictive recommendations, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation.
• Lead research, journey mapping, usability testing, and experimentation to validate and improve outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics such as conversion, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, and satisfaction, and iterate accordingly.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, Loyalty, Marketing, Operations, and Brand teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Contribute to scalable design systems, governance standards, and best practices across all digital touchpoints.
• Advocate for accessibility, security, and customer trust in every experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Experience Design (UX/UI/Product Design) within large‑scale digital ecosystems.
• Proven track record delivering complex transactional or service‑based digital journeys with measurable business impact.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Experience designing data‑driven or AI‑enabled digital experiences.
