Digital Product Owner – Wealth Management

About the role

Join ADCB’s Retail Banking Group as a Digital Product Owner focused on Wealth Management. You will drive the development and optimisation of digital channels, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and deliver a seamless experience for retail and micro‑business customers across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and implement innovations for digital channels (internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, digital TV) to expand service offerings.
• Own onboarding, usage and migration programmes for digital channels, resolving service failures promptly.
• Monitor and analyse digital channel usage and revenue KPIs to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001 for internet and mobile banking, maintaining certifications.
• Prepare accurate risk and compliance reports to support departmental decision‑making.
• Manage self and team according to ADCB’s people‑management policies, driving performance and achieving targets.
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, ensuring adherence and high service standards.
• Promote continuous improvement across digital products and processes.

Required profile

• Ambitious professional with experience in digital product development and channel management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in banking.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team while adhering to corporate policies.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on KPI monitoring and performance optimisation.
