Digital Transformation & AI Manager

About the role

ENGIE UAE is seeking a Digital Transformation & AI Manager to steer its digital evolution across the Energy sector. The role will align local initiatives with the global digital strategy, driving performance, efficiency and innovation through AI, analytics and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute digital transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
• Lead AI adoption projects, including Generative AI, predictive analytics and automation solutions.
• Oversee Power Platform roll‑outs (Power Apps, Power Automate) and advance analytics maturity with Power BI.
• Develop and implement structured change‑management plans, engage senior stakeholders and run workshops.
• Identify emerging technologies for the Energy sector, manage pilots, PoCs and full deployments.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity and data‑compliance standards are met, maintain documentation, KPIs and budget tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation, AI, analytics or technology leadership.
• Prior experience in the Energy/Utilities sector is highly preferred.
