About the role

As a P&G E‑commerce Media Manager you will shape the digital media strategy that drives brand impact and consumer acquisition across multiple online platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and ownership is valued.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e‑commerce media plans on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon, TikTok, Pinterest, programmatic and affiliate channels.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to inform campaign tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to align media initiatives with product launches and business goals.
  • Manage media budgets, forecast spend and ensure optimal ROI.
  • Set up, launch and continuously optimize paid campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation and landing‑page optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, bidding strategies and audience segments.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Work with creative teams to produce platform‑specific ad assets and ensure a seamless customer journey from click to conversion.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with cross‑functional teams.
  • Track record of meeting business targets and driving category growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
