About the role

Join the frontier of energy innovation as part of our Early Careers – Field Operations program in Dubai. You will gain hands‑on experience on‑site, supporting engineers and specialists while learning the full well‑construction process and the tools that keep our operations safe and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field operations, operate equipment and be accountable for wellsite performance.
• Manage field activities including engineering design, maintenance, job planning and operational reporting.
• Support engineers and specialists with risk analysis, data acquisition and technical decision‑making.
• Lead a crew or process within the first year and prepare wellsite reports and post‑job debriefings.
• Contribute to a continuous‑improvement culture across the business.

Required profile

• Minimum degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Quick learner with logical problem‑solving ability.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence of leadership or teamwork.

Required skills

• Wellsite operations and equipment handling.
• Data acquisition and formation evaluation logging.
• Risk analysis and safety procedures.
• Monitoring well parameters and sensor maintenance.
