Fleet Manager - Chauffeur Drive Services (Aviation)

About the Role

Join Transguard Group, the UAE's leading business support and outsourcing provider, as a Fleet Manager within our specialized Aviation Services division. You will play a pivotal role in managing a premium limousine fleet, ensuring operational excellence and driving business growth for our high-profile aviation clients in Dubai.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a premium limousine fleet, ensuring maximum utilization and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily depot operations and ensure full compliance with RTA regulations and company SOPs/SWIs.
• Drive business growth by contributing to new aviation tenders and expanding the client portfolio.
• Manage the full vehicle lifecycle, including procurement, sales, and negotiating commercial terms with OEMs.
• Monitor financial performance, produce monthly reports, and ensure strict adherence to contractual KPIs and budgets.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, analyzing trends and metrics to continuously improve transport solutions and service delivery.
• Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to ensure seamless compliance and relationship management.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in fleet management, preferably within the aviation or premium chauffeur services sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive revenue.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience dealing with OEMs and regulatory bodies (RTA).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data to optimize logistics and productivity.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing operational teams and client relationships.
