Head Nurse – Home Care Services (DHA Licensed)

About the Position

Join Talentspoc in a high-impact leadership role as a Head Nurse for our Home Care division in Dubai. You will be at the forefront of delivering premium healthcare, leading a dedicated team of nurses to provide exceptional, patient-centered care directly in patients' homes.

Main Missions

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of home care nurses to ensure excellence in clinical practice.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care, ensuring strict adherence to DHA (Dubai Health Authority) standards and protocols.
• Coordinate complex care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage daily operations of the home care service, including scheduling, quality audits, and continuous service improvement.
• Act as a key liaison between patients, families, and medical professionals to ensure seamless communication and high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain rigorous documentation standards.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in a senior nursing role or clinical leadership position.
• Must hold a valid and active DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license.
• Strong clinical expertise with a specialization in home care or community nursing.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for coaching and team management.
• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex situations in a home environment.
